Pain point: A new process mapping software tool was being developed including testing with a small group of beta-testers throughout the company. As part of the launch of this new initiative, it would be helpful to have their opinions and experiences shared.
Main Objective: Create support for the process software team in gaining engagement and buy-in for this new initiative through sharing the experiences of their colleagues.
