Pain point: Project Teams were challenged by change management, particularly obtaining timely pricing for potential changes. Getting cross-project alignment on improvements in techniques, tools, and best practices was difficult but essential to reducing various project risks.
Main Objective: Create an instructor led training course in collaboration with an identified SME that can be represented produced by other SMEs, and captured, chunked and uploaded for access on the organization's server.
