Pain point: Cost Management continues to be a challenge for Project Managers. Several technical trainings have taken place over the years, but no theoretical cost management training. There are new Project Managers at the company, and a larger awareness of different kinds of knowledge is needed to support Project Managers in performing cost management.
Objective: Create an accessible and friendly presentation that creates confidence about cost management theory in Project Managers, and those soon to be promoted to Project Managers.
