Pain point: How many times do we walk into a meeting with no alignment on expectations and desired outcomes? How often do our own behaviors derail the meetings productivity and focus, wasting precious time in our schedules? How do we fix that?
Objective: Create a short video to introduce a slightly exaggerated demonstration of all the annoying behaviors that can throw-off an otherwise important use of people's valuable time. This video will be embedded into a presentation at a company-wide conference break-out session.
