Pain point: "Process Improvement" events were taking place on a project-by-project basis, but not communicated across project teams. Once thes first events were completed, other project teams needed to be informed about the events, but on a very high-level so they were not overwhelmed by project-specific detail.
Main Objective: Create an announcement that describes the Process improvement event that has occurred but keep it at a very high level so the entire organization, especially other project teams, are informed and interested.
