Pain point: Job sites were not tracking pain points or improvements as a team. One tool that can support them is Visual Management, but few knew what Visual Management was, or how to use it effectively. I was tasked to create a video with an SME to introduce the concept of "Visual Management" as the first in a series of videos to be played organization-wide, and announce more instructional videos would be coming in the next few weeks.
Main Objective: High-level familiarity with the concept of "Visual Management" and the awareness that more instructional videos would be played over the coming weeks.
Tools: GoAnimate, iPhone, Audition (sound optimization)
Skills: Concept creation, Collaboration (with SME Team), Scripting/Storytelling, Editing, and...as usual...addition of LEVITY!
