This animation required a custom avatar to be created from scratch to represent the SME. With no LMS system, this instructional video was distributed in the organization's morning huddle.
Pain Point: Project Managers are slowly falling behind in managing their team's project delays. In order to better understand what is causing the delays, and to help support Project Managers in managing project deliverables, the Commitment Log was designed. However, Project Managers do not know about the tool, it's value or that it even exists!
Main Objective: Encourage adoption of the company's "Commitment Log" for managing project team objectives and deliverables through explanation of the Log's benefits and value.
