Request: An initiative to continue organization-wide process map training was created. The staff are already over-extended by primary demands of their positions and the leadership is concerned people will see this as more work and be frustrated.
Main Objective: Create buy-in of the training initiative through understanding of what is being asked, how each person participates and contributes, and why the company is continuing functional huddle process mapping training for each employee across the company.
